1. Pour 250 ml of cold water into a shaker.
2. Add 1 serving (33 g) PeptoMeal.
3. Shake with or without ice.
4. Serve chilled.

Water is ideal if weight-loss is your goal. If milk is used instead of water, please note that the nutritional profile will differ from what is indicated on the product label.

However, your total daily calorie intake must remain within the recommended weight-loss guidelines for your nutritional needs. By substituting a regular meal with PeptoMeal, you can achieve a lower calorie intake while still obtaining the essential nutrients your body requires.  However, it is important to ensure that your overall food intake remains well-balanced, including various wholesome foods and less refined and sugary options.
